この利用規約の要点:
私たちはコンシェルジュサービスです。旅行代理店ではありません。
予約はすべてお客様ご自身で行っていただきます。
お支払い後にサービスを開始します。

旅行中サポートは日本時間 8:00–20:00 です。
航空券・船舶等の手配/販売は行いません。

Welcome to Ogura Connection!
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Ogura Connection LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Ogura Connection”), a California limited liability company.
By using our services or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Plain-English Summary:
We’re like having a knowledgeable friend in Japan who helps you plan and speaks the language. We are not a travel agency—you book and pay for everything directly.
Ogura Connection is a travel concierge and itinerary design service. We provide:
Custom trip planning and itinerary creation
Local knowledge and recommendations
Japanese language support
In-trip assistance and communication support
Live interpreting services (you call us, hand the phone to Japanese-speaking staff, we translate)
We are not a travel agency. Specifically:
We do not book travel or accommodations for you
We do not sell or arrange air or sea transportation
We do not accept or hold vendor funds
We do not make reservations on your behalf
We do not provide your payment information to vendors
Because we are not a travel agency:
No commission bias — We recommend what’s genuinely best for you, not what pays us the highest commission
You get the best price — Booking directly means no middleman markup
You have full control — Modify or cancel directly with vendors
Unique service — Live interpreting that travel agencies don’t offer
You understand and agree that:
You will book all travel, accommodations, and activities directly with providers
You will pay vendors directly for their services
You are responsible for verifying your own reservations
You are responsible for having appropriate travel insurance

A consultation to discuss your travel preferences
Initial recommendations and advice
This is a standalone service
Current pricing: $49 (approximately ¥7,500)
Includes:
Custom itinerary design (up to 5 days)
Restaurant and activity recommendations
Booking guidance with direct links
One round of revisions
Current pricing: $199 (approximately ¥30,000)
Includes:
Everything in Short Trip
Extended itinerary (up to 14 days)
In-trip support during your travel
Live interpreting assistance
Multiple revision rounds
Current pricing: $349 (approximately ¥52,000)
Additional days beyond package limits
Extra revision rounds
Extended in-trip support hours

Note: All prices are in USD. JPY conversions are approximate and may vary with exchange rates.

All prices are in USD
You are responsible for any currency conversion fees
Your payment to Ogura Connection covers only our planning and support services. It does not include:
Flights, hotels, or other accommodations
Restaurant meals or activity fees
Transportation costs in Japan
Any third-party services
These are paid by you directly to vendors.
Cancellation before we begin work: Full refund
Cancellation after planning call but before itinerary: 75% refund
Cancellation after draft itinerary delivered: 50% refund
Cancellation after final itinerary delivered: No refund (work completed)
In-trip support (if trip is cancelled): Pro-rated refund for unused portion

We will respond within 5 business days.
To provide our services, we need:
Your name and contact information
Travel dates and preferences
Party composition (who’s traveling)
Any dietary restrictions or accessibility needs
For certain services, we may request:
Passport information (for specific venue requirements)
Payment preferences (for vendor bookings you’ll make)

We use your information only to provide our services
We do not sell your personal information
We retain data only as long as necessary
Passport information is deleted within 30 days after your trip
Support is available 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Japan Standard Time (JST).
We aim to respond within 2 hours during support hours. Response times are not guaranteed and may vary based on connectivity and support volume.
Outside support hours, messages will be addressed the following morning.
Answering questions about your itinerary
Calling venues to check availability or assist with your existing bookings
Live interpreting (you call us, pass phone to staff)
Translation assistance
Advice on itinerary adjustments
Making new reservations or bookings
Providing your payment information to vendors
Emergency services (medical, police, fire)
24/7 availability
In case of emergency, contact:
Emergency services in Japan: 119 (ambulance/fire) or 110 (police)
Your hotel front desk
Your travel insurance provider
We are not an emergency service.
Plain-English Summary:
We create itineraries and give advice. We don’t control hotels, restaurants, trains, or weather. If something goes wrong with those things, that’s not our fault. Our responsibility is limited to what you paid us.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party service providers including hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, tour operators, and airlines.
We are not liable for flight delays, hotel issues, weather, natural disasters, political events, illness, or lost property.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify Ogura Connection from any claims arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with third-party providers.
All itineraries and materials we create remain our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use them for your own travel.
You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our itineraries.

You may cancel services subject to our refund policy. We may terminate service if you violate these Terms or are abusive.
